When Will My Order be Completed?

What Are My Order Completion Steps?
- 1. After you place an order, our managers send you a confirmation email about receiving it (to the email which you used for a payment-typically your Paypal email).
- 2. If your order a large package, we usually send you a request for your confirmation to make sure the order was placed by a PayPal account holder placed the order. In this case, we will start the work only after your confirmation is received.
- 3. The responsible managers check your order’s details (within next 1-48 hours after the order is placed).

When Is It Necessary to Give My URL?
When you decide to purchase one of our packages enter your URL (infographic link) in the field above the button “Buy Now” before pressing it. Processing your payment will redirect you to PayPal webpage where you will be able to pay for the service. If you didn’t enter your URL or username for any reason, or entered the wrong details, there is no need worry. You can send us your correct details via our contact form with your order’s details including Transaction ID and your payment email (PayPal email or email address you used while placing your order) at our Contact page.
What Should I Do if I Forget to Put My URL?
If you forget to give all necessary details (url, username, etc) no need to worry.

What are Your Guarantees and Refunds?
At Infographic Seeding, we guarantee your satisfaction, or your money back. If we can’t provide the services you ordered to your expectations, we will refund you the full sum. If you have any problems with ordered services, just send us a request via our contact form and wait for our response. We will contact you within the next 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays). We request that you not open any disputes in PayPal until you read this FAQ page and contact us. We are happy and eager to address any concerns, directly, within 48 hours.
What URLs Can’t We Accept?
We can not accept URLS that contain pornography, promote hate, spamming or gambling of any kind. We reserve the right to disapprove any URL that we feel does not meet our standards sufficiently. Also we do not begin the work for URLs with incorrect settings. All settings have to be public and opened for everyone, and all existing restrictions should be removed.
Can We Lose Purchased Services in Some Period of Time?
All the services, we provide are permanent, but as we use real people, and no bots or software, purchased amounts can increase or decrease. However, we guarantee the services we provide, so if you have any problems you can contact us anytime and we will remedy the issue immediately. Also, a standard practice, we over deliver for our clients, meaning you will get 1-10% bonus to your order to compensate any potential loss services down the road.
